What did I do today?

Today I left some dishes dirty

The bed got made around 3:30

The diapers soaked a little longer,

The odor grew a little stronger.

The crumbs I spilled the day before

Are staring at me from the floor.

The fingerprints there on the wall

will likely be there till next fall.

The dirty streaks on those windowpanes

will still be there next time it rains.

Shame on you, you sit and say,

Just what did you do today?

I held a baby till he slept,

I held a toddler while he wept.

I played a game of hide and seek,

I squeezed a toy so it would squeak.

I pulled a wagon, sang a song,

Taught a child right from wrong.

What did I do this whole day through?

Not much that shows, I guess thats true.

Unless you think that what I've done

Might be important to someone

with Big Blue eyes and Bright Blonde hair.

If that is true...I've done my share.

I Love being a Mommy and love what I do all day long!

I love my boys oh so much and wouldn't trade

being a mommy for anything in the world.

Well here I go again... I hope I can stick with it this time!

I really need to blog to keep track of what happens in my crazy life!

Time is just flying by!! Ryder is already 5 1/2 months and I can't believe it!!

So i'm going to "Catch up"

I left the Hospital as soon as they would let me! Which was 24 hours exactly after Ryder was born! No need to hang around!

So I went home took a short nap, got ready and off we went to Grandma & Papas where I had planned his party before Ryder arrived so all I had to do was show up!

Keegan got a Jeep for his birthday and got to ride around with his buddy Gage!

I love having 2 kids!! It is so much fun to watch Keegan and Ryder become buddies!!

Keegan is such an awesome big brother! Whenever Ryder cries he makes sure he has

a toy right away! I love my little family!

Baby #2 is.......

Well Ryan and I couldn't wait any longer to find out what our next little one is going to be. So we decided we would fork out the extra money and go find out at Fetal Photos. GREAT IDEA unitl....They couldn't tell us what our little one was because the umbilical cord was right between the legs!! (just my luck of course!) The girl said she had a "hunch" but couldn't tell us it would be correct and that we needed to go back another day. So we went back a couple days later and lets just say HE wasn't shy about showing us that HE is ALL BOY!! We are so excited that Keegan is going to have a little brother to play with! (and that we don't have to buy any baby clothes) We are struggling on boy names but hope to have something jump out at us! We can't wait for this little guy to get here in JULY!

ROUND 2

Well.......Me and Ry decided it was time for round 2. (ry decided that right after keegan was born) It wasn't really planned but its better that way... Exactly 2 years ago the sunday right after thanksgiving I found out I was prego.....Well 2 years later the same sunday right after thanksgiving I found out IM PREGO! Its so crazy to think I will have 2 kids!!! ahhh... We are so excited though. The new babies due date was 1 day off of keegans orginal due date! and they moved it up to the date they moved keegans due date to which is the 26th of July!! Crazy Crazy! We already got to have an ultrasound and see the "bean" because when the dr. tried to find the heart beat well.....he couldn't find anything.... Ryan was really worried that I had miscarried. The Dr told us if the ultrasound came back negative on the heart beat we would have to talk about our options...Well I didn't want to have to talk about the options! They got us in to the ultrasound right away and the first thing the lady said was your baby is alive!! So we are excited and happy its alive and happy!!

I really can't believe how fast the time has gone!! He can do so many things and is so smart. He has 4 teeth and 2 more on the way! He is starting to walk which has been really exciting!! We love him so much and are so happy he is part of our family!

The Jazz Game

I havn't updated for forever!!! Keegan has been way sick so i feel like we have to living at the Dr's office!! He had a tummy virus! : ( it was really sad. I can't believe how helpless i felt. but he is all better now! Anyway, Saturday night we went to the jazz game. It was so much fun. I haven't been to one for a couple years and Ry hasn't been to one since junior jazz!! Skylar and Traci came with us. It was a nice break from the babies and to hang out with those two!

Addiction....

So everyone in my family and Rys sis Tara have an addiction....But its a very good addiction of course and some of you may agree......we are addicted to Cafe Rio!!! No matter where we are going we manage to make it to cafe rio. Anyone else have the same additcion?

Happy SIX Month Birthday Little Man...

Keegan was six months old yesterday! Can you believe it? Ya, either can we. It crazy how much faster it has gone since he arrived. He has grown so much, he thinks that it is time to walk. He is not happy unless he is sitting up, or standing next to the couch holding on!! ya we can't believe that either! We love him so much and so thankful that he is the BEST baby ever. He is the happiest baby I have ever seen. HAPPY SIX MONTH BIRTHDAY LITTLE MAN! .

Keegans first christmas!

This christmas was so much fun.... we went up to my parents cabin as always, Keegan went on his first snowmobile ride and loved it so much he slept! Keegan loved to open presents...only so he can play with the wrapping paper! We had so much fun with the babies and just being together as a family and with my family. Grandma and PaPa spoiled him a little to much. I don't have room in my house anymore except for keegans toys!!

So Ry will be a little upset, but I think this is so stinking cute! He was just walking around and couldn't figure out why i was laughing. : ) Ry is such a good daddy! Keegan just loves to play with dad, I could not have asked for a better husband and dad. He is truely amazing. Thank you Ry. and thank you for letting me take this picture!

Swimming

It was Keegans first time swimming last weekend at my parents condo in St. G! He loved it!! We think he mostly thought it was just an over sized bath tub that everyone got in! He would get so happy when we would put him in the pool he wouldn't stop kicking, it was so much fun!

Wow I can't believe how fast time flies!! Keegan is now 4 Months old... (on the 24th) He is full of smiles and learns something new every day. We are so thankful for our little man, and how much happiness he has brought into our lives! We love him so so much. Happy 4 month Birthday little man.

Halloween

Well this Halloween was so much fun!! My mom invited us to go over to her wards "trunk or treat" the night before halloween, So we decided to dress keegan up and go. (since we had two costums and wanted him to wear both) So we went to that. Then on halloween we always go to my parents house for chili and to dress up. Keegan was such a cute lion, and didn't mind wearing either costume at all! Ry and I didn't have costumes this year, didn't have enough time to go find one. So we went and dug through the costumes that my mom has gotten through the years and these are what we came up with! Hope everyone had a great halloween.

Well its been awhile. Ry, Keegan, and I have been busy the past couple weeks... For Rys B-day (which was Sept. 29) My mom bought him some airplane tickets so go see his sister in oregon. So We went up there on oct. 23-26. Keegans first time on a airplane!! He clearly wasn't to worried about anything on take off.. but the landing was not the greatest, lets just say the pressure on his little ears was to much! But other than that we had so much fun, we went to seaside which is about an hour and half away from portland city, and played arcade games, and you can't forget the hat shop! On the way home Keegan was not a happy baby and cried...well more like screamed for forty five min! it was so sad. We also carved pumkins, fed his sisters chickens, and went for a walk in an amazing park!! His sisters friend Nicole made Keegan this awesome pumkin hat! Keegans not very into hats but it was soooo cute on him!! It was such a great trip! Mine is the owl. Rys the vampire. Taras Frank. Nicoles Frog. : )

So this past weekend we went to vegas with rys parents. Lets just say vegas with a baby isn't the easiest. with trying to keep him out of the casino cause of all the smoke, and just trying to do anything. so pretty much me, keegan, and rys mom sat in the room while the guys went and had some fun.... but friday night rys mom said she would watch keegan so ry and i could go down the strip... so i fed keegan and put him to bed and off we went.... we had no idea what to go do so we decided to go up the Stratosphere well we just didn't want to go up and sit there so we were deciding of which ride to go on. well we decided to go on the one call insanity.....ya the name should have run us off...but no. so we get to the top and ry isn't a fan of heights. it was higher up than i thought. so we get in line for the ride and everyone that is getting on is acting all calm and like its nothing... well i get on and was thinking its no big deal until the gate behind us dropped...ok no i started to freak. so it took us out over the side stops then starts spinning...so just imagin me screaming and ryan freaking out cause he thinks his thing is going to come undone. it was hilarious. lets just say you'll probably never find ryan of i up there ever again. we are wuses. : )
